As a Powder Coatings Sales Executive, you will develop business opportunities in the powder coatings market, offering technical and sustainable solutions that create value for industrial clients and strengthen the brand's presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new clients in sectors such as metalworking, white goods, metal furniture, auto parts, lighting, structures, among others.
- Manage and follow up on the current client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
- Identify our client's technical needs and propose suitable powder coating solutions (decorative, functional, or high-durability).
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate application tests and technical support with the laboratory or production plant.
- Negotiate commercial terms (price, credit, delivery) according to internal policies.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing departments to introduce new products or custom developments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
- Meet assigned sales, profitability, and collection goals.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years in B2B technical sales of powder coatings or related products (industrial paints, resins, pigments, and electrostatic application equipment).
- Experience with clients in the metalworking, white goods, metal furniture, or architectural sectors.
- Types of powder coatings: polyester, epoxy, hybrids, and polyurethane.
- Electrostatic application processes and oven curing.
- Paint line parameters: pretreatment, baking, transfer efficiency, thickness control, and appearance.
- Use CRM, report management, and commercial planning.
