About the Role
The Product Coordinator – LATAM will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end production process of our LATAM product portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Product Adaptation: The Product Coordinator will study the product and analyze the type of adaptation required, with a focus on operational and delivery aspects. They will draft the base glossary, including scale names, indices, and other relevant terminology. Throughout the adaptation process, they will maintain constant monitoring on the progress of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and, once adaptations are received, will manage their production across both editorial and digital channels.
- Data Collection: In collaboration with psychometricians, the Product Coordinator will study the standardization plan and define the data collection plan, including the organization of data packages. They will prepare and make available all materials needed for field testing, coordinating with Field Operations teams while supervising and monitoring progress and timelines.
- Digital Implementation: The Product Coordinator will be responsible for preparing all documentation required for the digital implementation of the product.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Throughout the entire production process, the Product Coordinator will work closely with the relevant operational divisions, including Psychometrics, Digital, and Editorial, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration across all teams.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with project management tools (Jira)
- Degree in Psychology, Psychotherapy or similar
- Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing project scopes, and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with regulatory and ethical guidelines in psychological and educational assessments.
- Experience and knowledge of clinical and educational assessment
