Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for Chief of Staff/Assistant to COO. The role involves assisting our company's co-founder and COO with managing the internal operations and finance functions of our business.

- Partnerships administration
- Task and project tracking

- Finance Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable - client invoicing and collections
- Accounts payable - vendor management and paying bills
- Human resources and employee management
- Financial budgeting and reporting
Qualifications
- Knowledge of consumer products and/or working with inventory
- Experience in accounting or finance
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
