Principal Responsibilities
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of the DelineaThycotic Secret Server or equivalent PAM environment
Responsible for documenting, designing, and administering the PAM infrastructure in alignment with the overall IT strategy.
Responsible for the support of application integrations as required.
Serve as the subject matter expert SME for the DelineaThycotic Secret Server or equivalent PAM toolset.
Provide overall direction and oversight into the PAM functions across the organization, including Password Vaulting of elevated user and application service accounts.
Assist applicationbusiness unit teams with privileged accounts onboarding into PAM.
Develops and maintains PAM documentation including providing relevant training to team members.
Responds to crisis or urgent situations to mitigate immediate and potential threats.
Demonstrate an understanding of risk and change management, security policies and controls, user account lifecycle management and rolebased access.
Coordinate changes with members from Infrastructure along with external teams including IAM, DBAs, Network, Desktop, Application Support Teams, and Information Security.
Installs, updates, and maintains PAM system software and related executable routines, ensuring that the software is maintained at the desired release level.
Analyzes current systems software, proposed modifications, and new software for impact on installation problems, standards, and procedures.
Participate in global projects and contribute with support operations knowledge.
Simultaneously required to handle implementation of new technologies within GIMS service areas
Required Key Skills Functional Technical
A superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Privileged Access Management PAM solutions such as DelineaThycotic Secret Server or equivalent PAM environment. Brief idea of Authentication areas Active Directory with experience in managing medium to large environments.
Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PAM, conducting handson evaluation and testing of Authentication related technologies, and dealing with vendors to resolve technical issues.
Experience in PAM process automation.
Monitoring, Management and Maintenance of PAM, DelineaThycotic tool preferred
Development knowledge in tools like SQL scripting, PowerShell, etc.
Experience in MS SQL query and scripting along with basic windows servers administration knowledge.
Experience in MS SQL database management and housekeeping.
Experience with Linux, Firewall, virtual environments are preferred.
Developing documentation for PAM, infrastructure and maintenance, known errors, solutions, major incident reports that will help in continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
A degree or equivalent from a reputed institute
Formal training and or Certification in any PAM solution will be an added advantage.
Required Experience
Should have overall 3 5 years of relevant IT experience working with reputed companies
3 years IT experience in configuration, implementation, and support of Privileged Access Management PAM solutions such as DelineaThycotic Secret Server or equivalent PAM environment would be preferred.
Experience with Cybersecurity
Good Technical Knowledge in Active Directory and Windows Infrastructure.
Experience in working in a globally distributed team and for global business.

Good communication skills required both written and spoken to effectively coordinate with other IS functions and with peers across locations working across different time zones

Providing global services as a part of the team requiring support services spanning all geographies and time zones
