Purpose of the Position
To Support operating Lindes Identity Management service.
Interface with different teams to support Identity Management across Linde
Required to participate in the Global Projects as a key project member, mainly in IAM and Authentication area, and GIMS service areas.
To suggest process gapsnonconformance in operations as per the defined processes and propose for bettermentsimprovements.
Design and configure Identity Access Management. Integrate access control, Define, roll out and support application authorization concepts.
Identify areas where opportunities or risk exist, facilitate communication between groups and suggest alternatives and mutually agreeable solutions.
Plan and deliver Security presentations.
Principal Responsibilities
Understand the Identity Management requirements and provide inputs to improve the IAM service
Support customization inputs necessary to align solution to organizations needs
Provisioningdeprovisioning identities in various connected target systems
Attestation and Compliance Policies
Collaboration with local regional IS teams in delivering day to day Identity Management Services
Part of support L3L4 for IAM solution
Support Root cause analyzes of upcoming errors issues together with the engaged team IAM development, security and compliance, application responsible
Ensuring compliance to service and ensure that any deviations are handled in a timely manner

Required Key Skills Functional Technical
A superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Identity Access Management like myID One identity
Good idea of Authentication areas Active Directory with experience in managing medium to large environments.
Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IAM, conducting handson evaluation and testing of Authentication related technologies, documentation and dealing with vendors to resolve technical issues.
Database like SQL or equivalent DB management or working concepts
LDAP, Databases, Development technologies basic scripting knowledge preferred
Identity Management, Access management, Password management concepts based on Quest Dell oneIdentity system or any IAM solution
Working and managing Windows Servers.
Experience in IAM process automation.
Monitoring, Management and Maintenance of IAM, myID tool preferred
Development knowledge in tools like .Net, csharp etc
Experience in MS SQL query and scripting along with basic windows servers working knowledge.
Strong technical and nontechnical communication skills both written and spoken
Required Qualifications
A degree or equivalent from a reputed institute
Formal training and or Certification in IAM technologies will be an added advantage.
Required Experience
Should have 34 years of relevant experience working with reputed companies in rolling out Identity Management Solutions, managing operational work will be preferred
Willing to develop good Technical knowledge in Identity Management Solutions process, authentication and authorisation related areas.
Experience in working in offshore, Virtual global teams would be appreciate.
